User Registration – Toy Drive Registration

SecretSanta.org collects and maintains a database of holiday toy drives, toy runs and holiday events. Before a toy drive can post its profile, gift guidelines and drop site locations to the SecretSanta.org website, toy drive coordinators are required to complete a registration form. During registration, coordinators are required to provide contact information, organization information and toy drive drop site locations. The types of information we collect are as follows:

· Contact information: name, address, zip code, e-mail and phone number.

· Organization information: name of organization/drive, website, key toy drive dates, who the drive supports and gift guidelines

· Toy Drive Drop Site Locations: location or business name, address, phone number, and hours of operation.

User Registration – Website Registration

SecretSanta.org collects and maintains a database of Christmas and holiday-related websites. Before a website can be considered for inclusion in our database, website owners are required to complete a registration form. The types of information we collect are as follows:

· Contact information: e-mail address.

· Website information: URL, short description of the website

Aggregated tracking information

We analyze visitors' use of our sites by tracking information such as pageviews, traffic flow, search terms, and click through. We use this information to improve our sites. We also share this anonymous traffic and demographic information in aggregate form with select partners. We do not share any information with partners that can identify an individual user.
